Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).
