Newly renovated, the house is located in a quiet residential area of Paxos Island, just a short drive (10min) away from the central town of Gaios, which makes Azalea House the ideal place for a peaceful retreat. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. This house is surrounded by gardens and is just a few steps from the beach. It consists of an open space that includes living room with a sofabed, kitchen and King-size bed . It has a garden and sun terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. Sun loungers, outdoor table, barbecue facilities and parking are included. Please note that there is a possibility to accommodate 3rd person on an extra bed. Size 50 sq.m. independent residense.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
