This righteous gemstone of a cottage offers the peace and tranquility of country living with easy access to all the amenities. The space is one half of a duplex on eight acres of undeveloped land. It's a mile from multiple restaurants and a major shopping complex, and just three miles from OSU campus. We welcome pets. The office can be used as a second bedroom, if you want to bring an air mattress. The couch is large and comfortable and can sleep one person. Washer/dryer onsite.
