Enjoy a piece of history while staying in the Old Station guest cottage. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Inside is a queen-size bed, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge), and a good-size bathroom with walk-in shower. Feel free to walk the grounds and imagine what the Old Station was like in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.

Butterfly acres Guesthouse Cabin

5 miles from campus but far enough out of town for some peace. We have many animals that come onto the property including owls, deer, armadillos, etc. Have a great time outside with our picnic area, and fire pit. Please be aware that the cabin does not have a tornado shelter. Tornado season is in May, please book accordingly and with a plan in place. All guest must sign a liability waiver. This cabin/ guesthouse is close to the main home.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
