A cosy elevated retreat with history and character, The Annexe offers a peaceful escape overlooking the beautiful village of Matlock Bath. Built in 1823 as the servants’ quarters, it blends period charm with thoughtful modern touches. Netherhall cottage is located in the heart of the stunning Hope Valley, where walks from the door step can be enjoyed in every direction whilst leaving the car in our secure car park. The surrounding area offers spectacular views which stretch from the popular village of Castleton all the way to Hathersage. Hope has a selection of cafes, pubs and shops and is perfectly placed for action packed activities such as caving and climbing. Towns and villages nearby such as Bakewell and Buxton.

Sequoia Lodge is located in the pretty village of Darley Bridge, making it ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales. Adjoined to the main house by a wall, you have your own private entrance & courtyard (Summer suntrap!). The living/kitchen areas are bright and airy with huge high beamed ceilings and the bedroom with kingsize bed has French doors opening onto your private courtyard, so you can unwind on a warm evening or enjoy a lazy breakfast in summer.

Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!
