Some of our favorite local spots include Fresa’s for their distinct guacamoles and tacos, The Tavern’s laid back feel, Idlewild Coffee, 24 Diner’s famous chicken and waffles, Counter Cafe breakfast, Wink's to-die-for 5 & 7 course tasting menus and Word of Mouth Bakery. Check out Good Company, Kick Pleat and By George boutiques for high-fashion. Whole Foods is less than a half a mile walk if you're looking to come back and cook for a quiet evening in or extravagant breakfast. Walk, jog or rent bikes or scooters down Shoal Creek Hike & Bike Trail to get into the heart of Austin. Uber/Lyft/Taxis and public transit are all immediately available. NOTE: THERE IS CURRENTLY AN ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT NEXTDOOR Work begins around 7am on weekdays (and some Saturdays) and noise can be heard inside the home. Reserved parking has been temporarily moved across the street and will return to its usual location after 8/7. The apartment is set in the downtown area of Clarksville, one block away from the shops and restaurants of West 6th Street. Also nearby are riverside parks and venues hosting Austin City Limits and SXSW festival events.

Shoal Creek Terrace is a clean & modern two bedroom condo with a view of the Shoal Creek greenbelt. A short walk to Pease Park, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Waterloo Records, Graffiti Park & West 6th street bar district. Includes two free parking spaces right in front of the unit. Pets are welcome, but we do have a pet fee of $100.
