George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. The Wine Trail includes some of the best Tasmanian wines including Piper's Brook and Jantz. There's plenty to do and we're delighted to guide you.

Get lost on the banks of the Tamar river. With 180 degree views of the river, a cozy lounge with wood heater and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and restorative stay. Relax on the deck, explore the river bank and have a fish off the jetty or even a swim (shoes on and check the tide) Deviot is 30 minutes from Launceston city, close to many boutique wineries. Greens Beach Family Holiday Home

Our "shack" at Greens Beach is a comfortable holiday home for our family (including 2 dogs!) and we have tried to set it up for all the activities that the area offers (and we love!). It is 5 minutes walk to the beach (less if you have a Labrador or large water loving dog!), shop, golf club and tennis courts. We have provided most of the basics for these activities! It is a perfect spot to relax or a base to explore what the Tamar Valley has to offer!
