“Snug Harbor” Situated on the NE side of Marathon, Texas. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with appliances, a washer/dryer, DirectTv, SiriusXM, and WiFi compliment this house. A huge comfortable porch equipped with dining room table and chairs, sitting area with a sofa bed, and a 3 burner gas grill. A large upper deck (crows nest) With Adirondack chairs, hammock and a table to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets! A spectacular panoramic view of the Glass and Del Norte Mountains..

The Goat shed @ La Loma del chivo

This artistic structure, once called 'Hostel' and now called 'the goat shed', is made from papercrete and other recycled materials . The project is ongoing. It is quite comfortable and suitable for up to 6 guests. If you are looking for a new experience very far from suburbia and get the joke this is it! Come stay and enjoy the great 'via lactea' from the attached sunset deck. Shared bathroom( only with another single person if it's rented).Don't be afraid to stretch your consciousness here.

Sweet Adobe Home

This sweet adobe home from the 1950s is nestled in a garden of fruit trees and succulents. A private patio has a ramada (covered patio) and is perfect for outdoor dining, BBQ and stargazing. The home was lovingly renovated and maintained by my parents for 25 years. Beautiful tiled floors, furniture and outdoor touches reflect their love of Mexico. Marathon is an eclectic, rural town in the heart of the Marathon Basin and a great place to explore the region, be it Big Bend, Ft. Davis or Marfa.

Sunset Ranch, acre lot facing open high desert

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Suite 90 - Highway Luxury

Suite 90 is an oversized, updated studio in the heart of Sanderson. This suite, (one of two on the property) sets in a completely renovated early 20th century pharmacy. This stay is walking distance to the post office, Amtrak station, as well as hiking trails and shopping. Guests can walk two doors down to Ferguson Motors Coffee shop for coffee, food, beer, wine and events. Suite 90 is the perfect backdrop to your desert retreat or a great base camp for a west Texas adventure!

Discover our cozy 1 bed, 1 bath casa in Fort Stockton, TX! Updated in 2023, it’s perfect for travelers passing through or visiting/working in the area. Relax in the comfortable bedroom, rejuvenate in the modern bathroom, and enjoy West Texas sunsets from the shared patio space. It’s ideally located across from the community theater and within walking distance of eateries, parks, and historic sites. We welcome up to two pets ($50 pet fee).

La Cueva

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Newly remodeled apartment within walking distance from The Centennial bar, Bella Terrazas, B's Diner, The People's Church, Joe's Place, Grey Mule Saloon, The Classic Man Cigar Bar, Heritage Funeral Home, and Annie Riggs Museum. Rooney Park is also within walking distance which has a small dog park.

This small studio size unit is just a stones through down the road from 385 going in Big Bend Park. You will be able to access all of the neat places that are of interest in this area as we are right on Hwy 90. The unit is just been remodeled with all new and I'm sure you will find this small space to be comfortable.
