Step outside and you are right in the middle of town. Walk to shops, art galleries, coffee shops or take a stroll through the alleys and check out the murals.

Original Antelope Lodge Motel

The Antelope Lodge is a 1950's motor court hotel set in the beautiful mountain valley of Alpine, Texas. The hotel is one of the first motor court motels in West Texas and one of the oldest hotels in Alpine. Road warriors from around the world utilize the Antelope Lodge as their base camp for Big Bend National Park, Fort Davis, the McDonald Observatory, Marfa, Balmorhea and Alpine, TX lodging. We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls. hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most of the patio rooms also have enclosed private outdoor patios. All rooms enjoy outdoor entrances, ceiling fans and unshared HVAC systems. Available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds and microwaves, refrigerators, free coffee, and guest robes. Some of the rooms are “dog friendly” with a $35 per dog per night charge

El Balcon is a centrally located two-person down-town second-floor one-room studio apartment with private bath and exterior entry.
