Your 2 room suite accommodates up to 3 guests and has a lg. bedroom with a queen bed and desk & a 2nd room with a twin bed, couch w/2 recliners to watch tv. You'll have a full bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower & toilet ("Jack & Jill" style). Huge 2nd floor deck is shared but has 4 sitting areas. Canoe Barn on Barons Creek

This private room with bath and kitchen is attached to my house by a front wall, roof, and back deck, although there is no common wall. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one. City of Fredericksburg Permit #8056000171.

Sanitized before and after every guest. My place is good for couples or solo adventurers coming to the Dripping Springs area. Sorry, no children or pets allowed. It’s a great place to stay when attending a wedding, exploring the wineries, distilleries and breweries, or after hiking (most area parks are reservation only)
