Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The Town Hall Square is close by (500m), main building of Tartu University (650m), Observatory of the University of Tartu (300m), AHHAA Science Centre (1,4km), the railway station and bus station (1 km). My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Apartment with sauna close to city center. 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Hall Square. 5 minutes from railway station. The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.

The 80m2 roof-apartment is located in the centre of Viljandi, 5-minute walking distance from the old town. The apartment is on the third/roof floor of a wooden building house surrounded by a huge garden. Possible to park a car/bicycle.
