Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the babbling sounds of the fountain and gardens sweeping around the house before descending to the river and Jetty. From the elevated veranda,enjoy river views with abundance of bird life. whilst eating breakfast or sipping wine, Security cameras cover car park and entry doors. The town centre is a 5 min walk.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.
