Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe. Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Bus stop to Optus Stadium 100m from the villa. The villa is aesthetically pleasing throughout, quiet, calm, clean and comfortable. This villa is very central being close to Curtin University and the South Perth Hospital. There are lots of hidden treasures down my street including an art-decor cinema, tapas bar, gelato ice-cream bar, jetty into the Swan River, bakery and many restaurants. Easy freeway access.
