A unique residence in Nikiti, the capital of Sithonia. It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests. Fast internet up to 300 Mbps for professional use. The shape and the name Kypseli means the home of bees and comes from a 6-generation family tradition of beekeepers and olive oil producers.

This traditional, cosy and centrally located house offers 3 bedrooms, which are divided as follows: 1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 separately accessible room with 2 single beds (is on the property but not connected to the house). Each room is equipped with air conditioning. We offer a car park for small/medium cars directly on the property. Wifi is also available, however it is not suitable for home office/work.
