The Tiger Den

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

The Getaway

This is a brand new 5th wheel camper. The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed and a large closet as well as a dresser. The main bathroom is very spacious for a camper with a walk in shower. The hot water heater is on demand so you will not run out! The kitchen area has what you need to cook a meal, however if you find you need something else just let us know and we are happy to bring it to you if we have it at the house. In addition there is a 50” television and fireplace.

Historic Downtown Pendleton Village Green

Efficiency apartment located one block from Historic Pendleton Village Green. Walk to dining, shopping & Historic Sites. Three miles to Clemson University & T. Ed Garrison Arena . Renovated space with King Size Bed, kitchenette, bath, & living area with Dish TV and 5G internet. Apartment is behind historic home where owners reside. Parking is available. NO SMOKING/Vaping or Pets except for documented Certified Service Animal. 2 adult guest maximum, one must be over 21, children welcome.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. 33 Ft Camper perfect for a layover/getaway

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!
