The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.

The Peaceful Park Forest Cottage is a small stylish home (2 bed, 1 bath) located in the family friendly Park Forest neighborhood. The cottage is perfect for couples or small families. The house is close to restaurants and stores on N. Atherton, 10 minutes from PSU and downtown State College. Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.
