The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

Come relax in rural Brooks. Enjoy a fire under the star filled sky and wake up to the sound of roosters crowing. The camper has all the amenities of home, but we are next door if anything else is needed. We have dogs, cats, goats, chickens and ducks! We are happy to show you the animals or you are welcome to just peacefully enjoy your stay! Brooks is 15 minutes from Belfast, 40 minutes from Camden and 45 minutes from Bangor. Little Frog at The Howling Woods

There is an airiness to this dome-shaped hut. Light streams in from the skylight directly overhead. There is a full size bed and wood stove and a chair that folds into a cot. The home is located in a sunny clearing across the creek from the other homes. It is a short walk from the outhouse and a well where you can fill your water bottles with fresh spring water. There is a bonfire pit with a swivel grill and an outdoor kitchenette with a propane stove, frying pan, kettle and french press.

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Visit Downeast Maine and stay in our cozy camper nestled in the pines and and over the hill to a Christmas tree farm five minutes from the Schoodic area of Acadia National Park. At the park you can drive the Schoodic Loop Road with spectacular views of the rugged coastline and islands. Hike or bike the trails, enjoy wildlife watching or fishing as well.
