Circuswagon in the garden

We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

Von der überdachten Sitzecke geht der Blick auf Wiesen und Felder. Künstlerisch gestaltet und liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins Detail. Vor den Toren von Regensburg mit Bahnhof und Autobahnanschluss nach München, Nürnberg, Bayerischen Wald und Tschechien. Wandern, Klettern, Boot fahren und Rad fahren direkt von der Haustür aus.

Unsere liebevoll renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Whg. im EG der alten Papiermühle von 1539 bietet Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Sie ist ca. 57 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es kann aber im Wohnzi. die Couch für zwei weitere Personen zum bequemen Queensize Doppelbett umgebaut werden. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht noch ein Yoga- und Trainingsraum (ca. 30 qm) zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu Yoga, Meditation, Boxsacktraining. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr, Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der Nähe der historischen Altstadt von Regensburg. Die Räumlichkeiten werden unter der Woche, als Massage-Praxis für ganzheitliche Gesundheits-Massagen genutzt. Wenn Sie Die Wohnung buchen, finden während ihres Aufenthalts, keine Massagen statt. Die Räumlichkeiten stehen Ihnen ganz alleine zur Verfügung. Sie haben die Gelegenheit eine Massage zusätzlich zu ihren Aufenthalt zu buchen. Bitte sprechen sie mich einfach darauf an.

Private accommodation in Regensburg's green area

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Stadtnahes Apartment am Park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Licht und Luft- Künstlerhaus für Naturliebhaber

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.

Dachterrassenwohnung neben Universität u. Klinikum

Das sonnige, bestens ausgestattete Apartment mit eigener Dachterrasse liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet neben Uni und Klinikum. Beides ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum gelangt man mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke.
