Bakers Ridge Loft

Bakers Ridge Loft is special because of it’s cute, high-end industrial-look charm with exposed brick. The main floor has an open concept layout with fully equipped kitchen area and rocking/reclining loveseat to watch a 55” TV. The bathroom with large shower is off this room, as well as a utility room with a washer/dryer. The loft upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with a desk. It’s two miles from area hospitals and WVU’s Evansdale campus but has a country-quiet feel with back porch and yard.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All newly renovated, this four bedroom home features wide LVP flooring, solid surface countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms.
