An easy 20 minutes to Traverse City where you can go to the beach, shop or enjoy many excellent restaurants. Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Open for winter!! Come stay with us for some Northern Michigan winter fun! Our property is minutes from snowmobile and cross country ski trails. Both Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Peaks are around 25 miles away. Or just snuggle up inside enjoying a puzzle or a good book on the sofa for a restful getaway. In the evenings, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate around our beautiful fire pit while gazing at the stars enjoying nature. We’d love to host you this winter season!

It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets.
