We are less than 5 min from Lake Pepin, The Pickle Factory, Harbor View, and a beautiful public beach and marina! We are also less than 4 miles away from Hidden Meadow and Barn, and 1.5 miles from Villa Bellezza Winery. Whether you are a wedding guest, hunter, fisherman, or simply coming to enjoy beautiful Lake Pepin, we are a cozy place to get away!

Vintage 2 Bedroom Farm House

A vintage farm house with parking available for multiple cars, ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or horse trailers. Horse boarding is possible. Please message me. The property is located on an ATV/UTV route & snowmobile trail. 1.5 miles to Mondovi, 3 miles to The Barn at Mirror Lake, & 11 miles to Barn Again Lodge. The area is known for great deer hunting. No hunting on site at this time. Public hunting nearby at BIG SWAMP WILDLIFE AREA. It is a spacious house to stay while visiting the Mondovi area.

Step directly out onto your personal deck overlooking a private fire pit area and Lake Pepin. Close to all the Mississippi River Valley has to offer! Kayak tours! National Eagle Center! Adventure is just down the road from this adorable tiny house.

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is great for any occasion. Sit in the living room and admire the view out or watch the fire burn in the wood burning fireplace. The backyard is fenced in for any entertainment.

Adjacent to the Sunset Motel & Self Check-In Vacation Stays property, which consists of traditional single and double motel rooms and 2-3 bedroom condo units. Located near some of the area's best attractions including public beach access, top restaurants, golf courses, and marinas.
