A vintage farm house with parking available for multiple cars, ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or horse trailers. Horse boarding is possible. Please message me. The property is located on an ATV/UTV route & snowmobile trail. 1.5 miles to Mondovi, 3 miles to The Barn at Mirror Lake, & 11 miles to Barn Again Lodge. The area is known for great deer hunting. Durand is based along the Chippewa River and provides all the necessities for your stay.

Second floor access only with private entrance. 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. No kitchen. Clean and quaint. We operate a coffee shop on the lower floor of the house on seasonal weekends so expect light noise after 7am (shop opens at 8 am) but come down for a complimentary coffee or tea and a homemade scone Saturday and Sunday morning.
