Διαμέρισμα 60τμ επιπλωμένο πρόσφατα με δύο ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, κουζίνα, μπάνιο, άνετα μπαλκόνια, κλιματιστικό, φωτεινό, δίπλα στην οργανωμένη παραλία και με γαλάζια σημαία βραβευμένη θάλασσα στο κέντρο της Περαίας και μόλις λίγα χιλιόμετρα από την Θεσσαλονίκη ιδανικό για οικογένεια η και μια παρέα. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον δεύτερο όροφο χωρίς ανελκυστήρα! Στο σπίτι μας είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι όλοι οι άνθρωποι. Peaceful and relaxing place 100m walk to the beach very safe for the families.

Τiny space, tiny price

ένα μικρό ευχάριστο στούντιο, αυτόνομο, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, με δικό του μπάνιο και εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μ΄ένα παράθυρο που βλέπει στην αυλή, φωτεινό, και κυρίως πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, στη στάση του λεωφορείου αλλά και στην αποβάθρα, από όπου μπορεί κανείς να πάρει το καραβάκι για τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Είναι φθηνό, μόνο γιατί είναι μικρό και...φιλικό. Το στούντιο διαθέτει κλιματισμό. Στους ενοίκους προσφέρονται επίσης για όλες τις ημέρες της διαμονής τους ένα ή... και δυο καλά ποδήλατα.

If you want a spacious and calm semi basement apartment at the center of peraia I recommend my home with it's own private garden . It's near the airport that you can Access with just a bus ride and near all shops that you will need.We are 5 minutes away from the beach and close to lots of restaurants.This is a new account but we are experienced super hosts of 8 years.If you want you have access to beautiful xalkidiki with just 1 hour car drive and very easy access to Thessaloniki.
