Approximately 350 feet from lake with sandy beach, water trampoline, kayaks, and row boats available for guests. Pet friendly! Note: winter rentals only available Oct. - April $1175/mo.

Private cabin situated on 3 acres. 1 bed/1 bath. Sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the living area is furnished with a daybed plus two recliners, and a queen size air mattress is avail. Guests often opt for cooking outdoors on the open flame or under the griddle patio shelter. The firepit is wonderful for making memories under the stars. Firewood is provided! From this cabin you won't need to trailer your toys to the trailhead. An off-road adventurers dream.

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

New Rental Aug 1 - Welcome to the Rubicon Ranch and the "Highlander" rental. Multi-unit triplex with top level unit available on 11 acres. This rental has a deck, 3 bedrooms, one bath, a large living room and full kitchen. California King in the Master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and a full bed in the third bedroom. Designated firepit plus charcoal grill. Currently A/C only no heat other than space heater in each bedroom and living room. Check weather before booking.

Want a place to close the door and shut off the world. Gather with family, w/o going to a campground? You’ve found it! Cabin now available for the 1st time. Steps away from spring fed Woodland Lake, public beach, canoeing, close to trails in Lake County, this infamous spot known as the Winchester House (nicknamed after the famous home of Sarah Winchester) share the door to nowhere, & under improvement since originally built in the late 30’s. Cleaned & disinfected after each guest.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Relax on the front porch, take a short walk to either muskegon lake or the big lake - Lake Michigan herself. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on first floor and 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor. The backyard is fully fenced in, with an outdoor shower, fire pit and chairs. Within .4 miles are the two lakes, the famed Pere Marquette Beach and The Deck restaurant and bar which overlooks Lake Michigan.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is a unique 'glamping' experience that submerses you in nature without the work of setting up and tearing down a tent. The tent is located in a quiet and spacious campground at the Pine River Paddlesports Center. The bathroom building (complete with hot, running water, flush toilets, and coin-operated showers!) is a short walk from the tent site. WiFi is available if needed in our office.
