"Jarrah"- Private - Coastal getaway

We have created this lovely little stand alone house to share with those who love the to be close to the beach yet enjoy some space away from the hustle and bustle of busier tourist areas. Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house. * Please note, there is a shared driveway. The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

Our home offers a very relaxed floor plan and large outdoor living area where you can enjoy lovely Peregian Sunsets. The Peregian Beach Getaway has 3 bedrooms, 2/Queen sized beds, 1/ double bed with 1.5 bathroom equipped with all the kitchen necessities and appliances. The outdoor undercover deck is a lovely space to sit and relax. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Perfect location, only a 300m walk to beautiful Peregian Beach and Peregian’s main shopping square, restaurants, IGA and chemist.

Pet Friendly Beach House Heated Pool & Ocean views

Longboard Beach House - Pet Friendly

Pets welcomed - securely fenced large rear yard with lower level gate at garage entrance. The fee is $150 per pet per week from 1 Feb 2026. Noosa Council STL rules no pets to be left unattended inside or outside the house. Property backs onto pet friendly bushed national park and beach access to Sunrise and Castaways. There are two outdoor showers (1 hot &1 cold) - please do not enter the property with any residue sand on humans or pets. The garage is accessible to guests by pre-booking.

'Bella Vista' - Noosa Luxury on White Sands

This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. Spend afternoons on the private roof top area with stunning water views and sunsets over Noosa. Pure holiday bliss! You have your own entrance and use of the pool directly outside the front door. There is a grassy park right next door and we provide a complimentary SUP and kayak for your use.
