Situated in the city center, 5 min walk to parks, 10 min to beach, a comfortable 57 sqm. apartment. The apartment is located in a separate building with a separate entrance and a terrace available only for this apartment! Quiet, closed yard! Comfortable for families with children or 2 couples. Peaceful studio by the lake

Lovely studio in locally beloved area. This place has everything for comfortable stay - kitchen, toilet, shower with essentials and comfortable sofabed for your night sleep. Also, if a third person is coming, extra foldable chair is available, not very comfortable, but very valued when need arises :)
