Très beau studio situé en plein cœur du quartier de Confluence. Il est idéal pour un weekend découverte ou une semaine sur Lyon (formation pro ou télétravail), alliant la PROXIMITÉ et le CONFORT. Our barge is perfectly located beetween the new neighborhood of « la confluence » and the historic center of the city «  le vieux Lyon «  15mn walking. You will enjoy your private deck with outdoor furniture. The studio 20 m² has been completly renovate to upgrade your confort ; there is a bathroom with shower, usefull kitchen and large bedroom to give you a perfect relaxing time in the wild, very close to the center.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.
