This is absolutely a hidden haven of heaven on Earth. Being in the Hoosier National Forest, we are situated in a recreational region that features many outdoor activities and offerings for nature lovers to explore and enjoy.

The Heron's Nest

The “Heron’s nest” is Four stories tall, with FOUR Bedrooms, THREE Full Bathrooms. Eight person dining room table, Full Bath , Living room with WI-FI, flat TV & DVD player, plus a large bedroom with a King sized Bed. Going upstairs, the Loft bedroom has a King sized Bed and Full Bath. Down stairs to the lowest level walk out basement, there is a third bedroom with a Queen Bed a Fourth Bedroom with a Queen bed, TV. Hot Tub $45. Pet $45 per pet per night. Visitors (not overnight) are $10 each.

Farm Stay with Sunset Views

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 14 adults. 3 toddlers which don’t count toward occupancy. We offer 1 night stays

Welcome to Doña Catalina Farm House. This is the perfect place to get in touch with nature and have a relaxing and recharging vacation. Wake up to birds singing and enjoy a coffee in the front porch. We have a beautiful outdoor space for adults, children and even your pets to enjoy. The house is located on 17 acres of land surrounded by trees. We have a catch and release pond in the property and the area is perfect for hiking and hunting inside the property. We’d love to have you stay!!

Whitetail Cottage

This small private cabin is located 1 mile from the Ohio River at Derby, IN. It is nestled on 68 acres in a very private park like setting. Enjoy the stocked pond and nature from the covered porch or the hot tub. Go for a hike in the woods and possibly see some of the wildlife or walk down onto your dock from the deck to do some fishing or swimming. There is a paddle boat available to use as well. Gas grill is on the deck with table and chairs. No hunting is allowed at the property.

Whitetail Lodge, Twin Lakes Cabins

Whitetail Lodge is a beautiful two story cedar lodge located on our rural Southern Indiana property and sits between two peaceful lakes. It provides guests with a wrap around porch on each level to relax. This cabin with its peaceful setting is the perfect place to watch wildlife and spend time immersed in nature. It comes packed with amenities and designed to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. Includes paddle boats, kayaks, lake tubes, corn hole, fishing, hiking, games, etc.

Hollow Creek Cabin-EV- Santa Claus & Holiday World

Great for kids &adults. Kitchen includes a fridge (1 of 2) with ice maker & filtered water dispenser, propane stove/oven, & dishwasher. Bamboo sheets. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided. Washer, dryer on main floor. Dining table seats 10. Propane grill & wood burning fire pit. Wifi, 5 TV's, blu ray/dvd , Netflix, Hulu, & Disney +. 3 King, 1 Queen, and 4 twin (2xbunk beds) + Queen pullout. Occupancy (14) doesn’t include 1 child under 3 (1 crib provided).

Welcome to the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. Your escape from the day to day grind awaits. Our cabin was built in the 1800's and reassembled (with modern conveniences) in 1996. Ideal for the hunter, hiker, boater or fisherman. Thousands of acres of Hoosier National Forest, the Ohio River and it's tributaries all provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience. Or you can just sit next to the fire, enjoy the night sky and relax! Either way... Welcome to Derby.

The Davenport Farm Cottage

No cleaning fee! Free fishing, swimming & firewood. 1 minute off I-64. Relax at our 5th generation working family farm surrounded by the Hoosier Nat Forest. 2 1/4 acre stocked pond. Roast your catch over the fire pit or on the 36” Blackstone. Stable/strong high speed wifi. Hunters-when you're done with drafty & bare cabins, stay here. We also have a very nice cleaning station with heat, lights, tables & hot/cold running water for clean up.
