The Moondance

The “Moondance” will sleep six comfortably. The “Moondance” has 3 steps to the 1st floor. The 1st floor has a full kitchen, Dining room table that seats 6, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, full shower bath with washer & dryer. Upstairs the loft has a Queen bed, Full Bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa & TV with DVD player. Your doors walk out to your covered porch, with your grill & Hot Tub. Hot Tub FEE; $45. Pets are $45 per pet per night. Day guests (not overnight) are $10.00 ea.

The Heron's Nest

The “Heron’s nest” is Four stories tall, with FOUR Bedrooms, THREE Full Bathrooms. Eight person dining room table, Full Bath , Living room with WI-FI, flat TV & DVD player, plus a large bedroom with a King sized Bed. Going upstairs, the Loft bedroom has a King sized Bed and Full Bath. Down stairs to the lowest level walk out basement, there is a third bedroom with a Queen Bed a Fourth Bedroom with a Queen bed, TV. Hot Tub $45. Pet $45 per pet per night. Visitors (not overnight) are $10 each.

The Bonnie Pearl

The Beautiful “Bonnie Pearl” has no steps walking into the main floor Great Room. Wide doorways and bath, the Great Room has your fully equipped Kitchen, 10 guest Dining table, & Living room with two Large sofas, and TV with DVD. Off the Great Room is your Master bedroom with a queen sized bed, PLUS a Heart Shaped Jacuzzi for 2! Downstairs are 2 large bedrooms, each bedroom having 3 double beds, and another full bathroom. Hot Tub $45. Pets are $45 per pet per night. 'Day Guests' are $10.00 each

Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee watching cars, jeeps, and motorcycles as they make their way along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. It also has a large rear deck, perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand overlooking the grounds.

Isaak's Hideaway - "Beautiful Fall Views"

Fiedler Family Farm

This historic 1850’s farmhouse is nestled in the woods near the Ohio River in Southern Indiana. Perfect for families, the farmhouse offers the rare chance to unplug and reconnect. Kids can run free in the large yard, cast a line in the catch-and-release pond, and enjoy the many games and puzzles. Adults can harvest vegetables and cut flowers from the garden, enjoy bird watching in the surrounding woods, and appreciate beautiful sunsets from the pond’s dock.

Whitetail Cottage

This small private cabin is located 1 mile from the Ohio River at Derby, IN. It is nestled on 68 acres in a very private park like setting. Enjoy the stocked pond and nature from the covered porch or the private hot tub. Go for a hike in the woods and possibly see some of the wildlife or walk down onto your dock from the deck to do some fishing or swimming. There is a paddle boat available to use as well. Gas grill is on the deck with table and chairs.

You have the option of just settling in or visiting one of the areas many attractions. The choices are endless.
