Use our fishing polls to catch Catfish and Crappie from one of Tennessee's cleanest rivers, or simply spread out and enjoy lawn games and other amenities over the property's 5 acres of well-kept land.

Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .

Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. Fully furnished with full bathroom, excellent large deck, city water, full kitchen, 3 double beds. Easy River access - perfect for fishing, canoeing (rentals available nearby), swimming and lounging. We just repaired the road and it’s very smooth and easy to get to the cabin!
