Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.

The space under the home serves as a great outdoor space with plenty of comfortable seating, and gas fireplace for your evening BBQ.

The Riverfront Retreat

You are welcome to put your boat in, fish, grill out, throw bags, or sit back and watch the birds here. We also offer keyless kayaking with Clearwater Kayak Rental. You can be picked up from this house, taken up the river, float back to this house and start your evening without ever having to drive. Available friday-sunday & holidays through September, $40 per single kayak. $60 per double kayaks.
