30 minutes from Highmark Stadium! 10 minutes from the RT 219 Springville Entrance/Exit. 22 minutes to Kissing Bridge Ski Resort. 32 minutes to Ellicottville, NY. The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.

Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice.
