You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. You will have use of your own private queen bedroom in the east wing of my home in the peaceful suburb of Doubleview. I am only a short driving distance to fabulous Scarborough beach & Brighton beach; Innaloo & Karrinyup shopping centres; Event Cinemas; Jackadder Lake; and walking distance to Hale Hockey Club; and Hale School. Our lovely home is a seven-minute walk (600m) to the pristine shores of Warnbro Beach; go for a swim, coastal walk, or take in the sunset with a glass of wine. If you’re feeling energetic, there’s a 9.8km footpath that hugs the coast and provides some spectacular views. Close to all amenities, our home is within walking distance from the local tavern, liquor store, fast-food outlets, a hairdresser, and beauty salon. At the end of the street, there’s a park with a playground, and a bus stop.

This stylish place is close the city center. Public transport is 5 minutes away. It is 13 minutes to the CBD. This accommodation is not suitable for guests who plan to work remotely or spend extended periods at home during the day (9am–5pm). Usually there is a maximum of three 3 guests. Parking is available. There is no provision for more than one guest per bedroom. Bedrooms have king size single beds. Cooking facilities are intended for breakfast with limited availability for evening use.
