The location is strategic, adjacent to the motorway junction, convenient for the airport (about 20 minutes by bus), it is 250 m from the center and 1000m from the sea where there are beach establishments. The apartment is finely furnished with kitchen and all comforts. There is a double bedroom and there is also the possibility of two more beds in the living room on a comfortable sofa. Enjoy family time with spectacular mountain views. Appartamento Girasole welcomes families. Located between the towns of San Valentino and Abbateggio, set in the Majella National Park and thirty minutes easy drive from the beautiful Pescara beaches. This is a truly wonderful location for relaxing. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen the apartment has a full size baby cot, high chair and baby bath as well as children's toys. There is also parking and private patio area with a BBQ.

Appartamento in palazzo residenziale di poche famiglie, in zona Pescara Portanuova. Appartamento fresco e nuovo con tre camere da letto due bagni, uno con doccia ed uno con vasca idromassaggio. Siamo a pochi passi dal mare che è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 min o con mezzi tra cui monopattini helbiz. Siamo a poche fermate di autobus dalla stazione centrale di Pescara e a 200 mt dalla stazione di Pescara portanuova. Zona ben fornita tra supermercati e varie attività commerciali.
