This well-furnished cabin is surrounded by 18 acres of privately owned fields and woods. A wrap-around deck with a hot tub (extra) provides striking views. Hiking trails, fire pit, gas grill, golf cart, pond, laundry, Direct TV (3), internet, stereo, equipped kitchen and games all make for a fun country stay. Rising Star and Belterra Casinos are closeby, and a park/boat ramp on the Ohio is nearby. Rising Sun and Vevay are short drives, and the Arc and Creation Museum are both within 1 hour.

The house is surrounded by beautiful farmland with roaming beef and dairy cows. Sit on our front porch or at our fire pit and watch the amazing sunset. Our 2nd AirBnB cabin on the property has given us the experience to make this one great too! Rural, clean, and peaceful! Our cabin has two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and the upstairs one with a queen and two twins. It has a full kitchen, full bathroom, fire pit and outdoor grills. Perfect for two couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter and Kentucky Horse Park are 20min away. The Creation Museum is 45min away. A great place to relax between visits to these attractions!

In the 1970s, artist Jim Simon dismantled the log cabins and re-erected them on the Simon Family Farm. Red Fox Ridge was named for the red fox often spotted running the ridge overlooking the river.
