Wooded area behind the home has a hiking path to the Echo Lake Park for nature lovers.

Master bedroom has a super comfy queen bed and a master bath that has a beautiful walk in shower. Guest room has another queen bed and office area has a futon. There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. I'm a blue collar guy in a blue collar neighborhood in a blue collar house. House was built in 1959 and I have kept everything that works from that era. It's like going back in time. Oven, Dishwasher, some light switches, bath tub, and vanity are original. Plenty of vintage, workable pinball machines and vintage game consoles throughout the house. The place is yours to use. Also has a patio for outdoor grilling. Located near the lakeside community with local restaurants, shops, and breweries.
