From here, visit the Wellington region or access the ferries: 3-min drive to the motorway (noise can be heard outside the building; it is peaceful inside), 13-min walk to Johnsonville Centre, and easy access to buses and trains to the city. Feels like home away from home: park in the d/way, great amenities. Won't see us unless you need us :)

This is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment with great sun and views and a private deck looking out over Kilbirnie and Evans Bay. The apartment has separate access from the main house.
