Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Komplett neu renovierte, 650 Jahre alte Altstadtwohnung, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt in absoluter Ruhelage im wunderschönen Wehrgraben direkt neben dem Steyrfluss. Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

Genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick von den Weinbergen bis zur Donau. Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Chalet "NOTSCHKERL" im Vierkanthof - Idylle pur!

Ich bin Markus und wohne mit meiner Frau in einem wunderschönen Vierkanthof aus dem 16. Jhdt. mit 4.000m² Wiese & Wald. Wir möchten auch euch die Möglichkeit geben, hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Familie und/oder Freunden zu verbringen. In mehrjähriger und sehr aufwändiger Sanierung wurde der Hof komplett erneuert. Es entstanden vier Wohneinheiten. Im Ostflügel wohnen wir, im Südteil befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung und im südwestlichen Teil entstanden 2 Chalets.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Eine nette kleine 22 m² Ferienzimmer-wohnung am Bio-Bauernhof. Wohnschlafzimmer mit Küche Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Mikrowelle, Herd und Kühlschrank. Zugesperrte Verbindungstür zum Wohnhaus. Separater Eingang, Dusche Waschbecken und WC im Zimmer vorhanden. Kleine Kinder wohnen im Haus Wandermöglichkeiten, Radwege vorhanden. Hallenbad in Scheibbs Schigebiete Ötscher 40 min Hochkar ca 50 min und Solebad Göstling 40 min entfernt

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier Stadt

Das Stadt Atelier befindet sich im historischen Schiffmeisterhaus direkt an der Donau. Durch seine zentrale Lage sind Geschäfte und Gastronomie in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Schiffmeisterhaus liegt auch am beliebten Donau-Radweg und bietet eigene Radabstell- sowie E-Bike Lademöglichkeiten. Das Stadt Atelier an der Donaulände ist ein besonderer Platz zum Wohlfühlen. The cozy sleeping area is also located here, cleverly concealed behind a stylish room divider. The bathroom, including WC, can be reached directly via the entrance hall. Special highlight: a spacious communal terrace enhances your life in the middle of the city.

Apartment in the Old town of Steyr The self-catering apartment is located in the Old Town of Steyr. The apartment is only 1 minute away from the main square and the castle park. An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
