Historic apartment in the old town of Stein

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

The studio is located in the historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by the river and offers city views. Just a short walk from the historic old town, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is set in a particularly safe area. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Zum Donauradweg sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, eigener Parkplatz sehr Nahe gelegen, Abstellmöglichkeiten von Fahrrädern vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock unseres Wohnhauses im Weinviertel und kann zur Gänze oder teilweise benützt werden. Sie finden hier ein separates Schlafzimmer und eine sehr geräumige Wohnküche mit weiterem Schlafzimmer und Balkon. 1 Gästeparkplatz ist vorhanden. Unser Haus ist 3km von der nächsten Bahnstation entfernt, Wien ist 50km entfernt. Gäste aus allen Ländern sind uns willkommen !
