Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Licht und Luft- Künstlerhaus für Naturliebhaber

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.

Das Appartment 41m² mit eigenem Eingang u. Zugang zum Garten, ist als Einliegerwohnung an das Haupthaus angebaut und liegt in einem ruhigem Siedlungsgebiet mit Stadt und Einkausfnähe (nächster Supermarkt 200 Meter). Ausflugsnähe zu Donaudurchbruch, Altmühltal u. Hundertwasserturm. .

Dachterrassenwohnung neben Universität u. Klinikum

Das sonnige, bestens ausgestattete Apartment mit eigener Dachterrasse liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet neben Uni und Klinikum. Beides ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum gelangt man mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke.

Apartment in Donaustauf-Sulzbach bei Regensburg

Unser 40 m² großes Apartment liegt in Donaustauf - Sulzbach, nicht weit entfernt von der Walhalla. Der Donauradwanderweg führt an unserer Unterkunft vorbei. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Betten/Sofas und bietet Platz für maximal 5 Personen.
