Located minutes from downtown nightlife including the ThreeFoot rooftop as well as the Riley Center. We are also close to several restaurants such as Weidman’s, Harvest Grill, Amore, etc. The guest house has free on-site parking in your own separate driveway as well as your own private entrance with keyless entry! Located on an established street with families. Very safe area. Afternoon walks are welcomed. Two other apartments occupied the home as well, the yellow door is just underneath. Parking is just right outside the door, no stairs. Stay with us and enjoy our town, our people and our Southern hospitality!

It is centrally located between Philadelphia and Starkville. So with only a 30-45 minute drive you can enjoy the Neshoba County Fair, casino and water park in Philadelphia, or be at a MSU game in Starkville. It is less than 10 minutes from Lake Tiak-O’ Khata, and only 7 miles from Walmart and Main Street.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.
