Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. AD MAIORA WALSER CHALET is an emotional conservation restoration of an ancient 14th-century stone and wood chalet. The Monte Rosa mountain range in the background, the Mud stream with its natural pools, and the ancient alleys of the small Ronco hamlet create a unique setting. A private SPA, located in the former stone stable, features a sauna, herbal tea corner, and a heated indoor/outdoor magnesium-salt pool, carved directly into the rock and offering a breathtaking, almost paradisiacal view.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Baita Beatrice

Posto ideale per chi cerca la vera tranquillità. e il vero contatto con la natura. Alla ricerca di abitudini ormai del passato come accendere la stufa a legna e il camino. possibilità di fare festa senza il timore di disturbare i vicini fino a tarda notte. La strada asfaltata che porta alla Baita, è strada di montagna quindi stretta e xon molte curve, mentre il sentiero per raggiungere Baita Beatrice ,sono 5 minuti a piedi. Ps.. Siamo a 1080m sul livello del mare, quindi calzature idonee.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Aigaron, la casa vacanze per chi ama trekking, natura e silenzio. L’appartamento Casa del Sole si trova nella parte più alta del paese e si raggiunge percorrendo la via principale La Gassa, costituita da ampi scalini. Dalle finestre si può godere della vista panoramica sui tipici tetti in beola delle case Walser di Campello Monti e sulle cime circostanti. Sarete colpiti dalla quiete e dai suoni della natura che vi circondano. Nell'appartamento, arredato con cura, vi sentirete come a casa.
