Complessivi 180 mq con una spaziosa e luminosa zona giorno, tre ampie camere da letto, guardaroba, due bagni grandi e con un piacevole ed ampio salone con cucina. Due terrazze consentono di godersi la vista dei colli bolognesi. Siamo in un silenzioso quartiere.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.
