Hier können Sie, ganz zurückgezogen, Sonne und Stille genießen oder sich begeistern lassen von Siziliens Natur, Architektur und Kultur. Sie werden es genießen. Das Haus liegt in einer Entfernung von ca 1 Autostunde von Catania. Das Grundstück ist auch Lebensraum von Katzen, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen, deshalb sollten Sie Sympathien für Katzen haben.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

L'ombelico del monte - monolocale deluxe

L'immobile fa parte di un antico complesso edilizio, che fino ai primi del 900 comprendeva il Convento e la Chiesa di S.Agata successivamente demoliti. Dal balcone della camera che si affaccia su via V. Emanuele di fronte alla biblioteca comunale, si assiste a ogni manifestazione.
