The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Appartamento dotato di aria condizionata , in stile fiorentino con cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori che possono servire tipo: piano cottura, forno , microonde, tostapane , stoviglie.... divano in pelle e tv , un tavolo dove poter mangiare. Ogni stanza ha finestre , molto luminoso con meravigliosi affacci sul verde e sulle mura del 1300 che circondano Firenze .letto matrimoniale in pelle bianco un bagno molto grande con una doccia gigante con finestra , cabina armadio e lavanderia ………

L'appartamento finemente arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort è al piano terra in una zona storica vivace ed autentica ricca di locali, ristoranti, caffetterie e gelaterie, ma fuori dal caos del centro, comunque raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti (10 dal Ponte Vecchio). Il nome della casa deriva dal vicino Giardino delle Rose proprio di fronte a casa e da cui si raggiunge il Piazzale Michelangelo per un panorama magnifico di Firenze. Check-in fin dal mattino e check-out tardivo
