It is a private lake experience; nothing really compares - unique!

Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. This roomy terrace apartment is located on a lake in a woodsy neighborhood. Beautiful lake views and a relaxing, quiet environment are yours to enjoy. Walks in the woods along the paths or on country roads will delight you with the natural beauty of this setting. Many birds such as the Great Blue Heron roost in trees by lake and fish from our bulkhead. Yet it is located just 15 minutes from bustling downtown Greenville, the Peace Center or Furman University and 30 minutes from Clemson.

This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is next cove over. Clemson golf course across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

You’re 5-8 min from Clemson’s Death Valley, and 2 blocks from downtown Pendleton where you’ll find eateries, and shops. About 5 min from the lake and about 45-50 min from the mountains. Inside you’re Equipped with a kitchen, full bath, WiFi, smart tv , queen bed and separate work space . Outside you have seating for 4 and a propane fire pit.

The house is part of a Christian retreat center, but is available for individuals, with all of the outdoor amenities of the retreat center available to guests--trails and private small Lake. The best feature is its proximity to the parks, hikes, lakes, and waterfalls in this area.
