Cabin is equipped with fireplace, WIFI, Smart TV’s, central heat and air conditioning, gas grill, and a hot tub. Bear Necessities can sleep 13 guests. The loft bedroom offers two queen size beds, and a private bathroom. The main floor offers a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchen complete with stove top range and oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The living area offers a beautiful stone fireplace, and luxurious leather furniture.

Located near Dale Hollow Lake, your cottage is 15 minutes from Sunset Marina & Resort, 5 minutes from Star Point Resort, and 10 minutes from Eagle Cove Resort & Marina. You will have access to trailer parking and exterior electricity outlets for all our fishing friends. Though there are 3 full sized beds, the 2 in the lofts may be tight for larger guests.
