Sinclair Island has the ultimate in privacy and beauty with a brand new (renovated) home on a cliff overlooking Sinclair's Nose (a rocky point often with breaking waves). *** ***work from home desk, computer, printer, scanner ***it boasts the most spectacular sunsets on the Northumberland Strait. ***house is a 7 minute walk from private Chance Harbour Beach (that can be used). ***property is private, often with deer and other animals running through the woods & eagles soaring over the cliffs

The Property is located in Braeshore and just a short walk away from Pictou Lodge. Access to Graham's Pond and close to Caribou Park, beaches and walking trails. Spacious accommodations with a great view and place to relax outside and enjoy the nice weather. Quiet neighborhood with over an acre of land and plenty of privacy. Private entrance and plenty of space to park. Great area to kayak or canoe (equipment provided for a fee). No pets allowed. Please read house rules before booking.

Riverside Cottage (with heated pool Mid Jun -Sept)

Cottage sits right alongside of the West River of Pictou and has a heated swimming pool—weather permitting. Very quiet and private. Couples/Singles only. Free use of the onsite canoe or kayaks. There is a private firepit onsite which can be used when the government burn restrictions permit, and a private deck with a bbq. There is also an above ground heated pool shared with the owners. The sanctuary sits ocean front w 180° views through all 4 seasons. Soak in the heat in the barrel sauna. Kayak b/t the islands on the ocean inlet, cook in the outdoor BBQ kitchen. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or relax with a book in your favourite adirondack chair, and savor meals at the picnic table. Welcome to Mark’s Place. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. We feature 2 Cedar Chalets with each having 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, pull out couch for extra people, full bathroom with tub and a full kitchen. All cabins include dinner ware and cutlery, pots and pans and clean bedding. Put your feet up and relax on the patio to the sounds of the ocean down along the beachfront. Both chalets have outside BBQ's for your enjoyment.

Set back from a clifftop on the Northumberland Strait, 3 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach. 1900 sq. ft. Cottage has been completely renovated inside with new kitchen, bath, flooring, all furnishings and appliances replaced. 30ft. Front deck has covered and open sections. Stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, tv /w DVD player, Roku TV, surround sound stereo, full tub and shower. Three bedrooms, sleeps six. Crib available upon request.
