Beautiful mount rainier views, relax in this calm, stylish space. This retreat has a jacuzzi, pool (open in summer only)and 3 acres of wonderful landscape. The house has huge windows to appreciate the nature around. We have many elk and deer that visit us all the time. Kapowsin lake just 5 minutes away from the house and many stores around 10 minutes away, Mount rainier 50 minutes away, Seattle 1 hour and 20 minutes, and Washington state fairgrounds 35 minutes away. Events are allowed for a fee.

Harstine Place

Harstine Place is a family home where five generations have grown and gathered. It was designed by our mother to maximize waterfront views. We welcome well-behaved dogs. There is 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins & queen sofa bed. Enjoy hiking trails, a clubhouse, and ball courts. Shared pool & spa open in summer. Beach shelters have fire pits & off-leash pet areas. Groceries and Lakeland Village Golf Course are 30 minutes away. Pacific Ocean is just under two hours west. Required contract for booking.

Utilities, internet, smart TV, starter kits for bathroom, kitchen & laundry are included. It has in-unit washer & dryer, with free parking, gym & pool. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. No smoking & no pets allowed in the unit.
