Come enjoy this sunny blue bungalow, located 10 mins from MSP airport, in the SE corner of the Twin Cities. This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, full kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, couches & large TV, desk & Wifi, and maximum privacy. Located close to exciting, entertaining, and educational venues you may want to explore, with easy access to the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and Rochester.

The Guest Suite is on the lower level of the home. Perfect for overnight, weekend, and short-term guests in mind. Surrounded by Frontenac State Park, enjoy the quiet or head out for an adventure. A clean open space with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The home is a quick drive to either Red Wing or Lake City all though I live in country on gravel road . It's a scenic 45-minute drive to Rochester. Head down the road and enjoy Lake Pepin. Bring your water toys and enjoy the day

Uptown - North Woods Vibes in the ❤ of MPLS

Close to Uptown, easy access to downtown, parks, lakes, restaurants, shops, & bars. This is a private guest suite with a separate entrance and a small kitchenette in an ideal Minneapolis neighborhood. We live upstairs with our two little kids, so there will be times where you'll hear activity, but it's not constant. We're mindful of our volume, and are confident you'll enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.

Huge Private Lower Level Apartment - Sleeps 4+

This lower level 1 bedroom guest apartment is located in a single family home on a quiet street. It is a split entry home w/ the Airbnb apartment door at the base of the steps & the owners' door at the top level of the stairs. The apartment (1,200 sq ft) features cozy furnishings; a spacious living room w/ a pull out queen bed, gas fireplace & TV; and a small kitchen w/ a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, stove/oven & microwave. The bedroom includes a queen bed & its own TV.

Cozy St. Paul Studio

Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests. Guests must have at least 3 positive stay reviews to book our space.
