Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Venez vous détendre dans ce charmant logement neuf à Allan en Drôme provençale. Repos, chants des cigales, tranquillitée! Vous pourrez visiter le vieux village d'Allan au détour d'une balade à pieds. Vous pourrez également aller goûter le nougat en allant à Montélimar accessible à 10 minutes en voiture. Vous pourrez profiter des soirées douces dans le jardin autour d'un barbecue. Le village bénéficie de tous le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. A 5 min de la sortie d'autoroute A7.

Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement situé au 1er étage d'une villa des années 60 entièrement rénovée avec jardin provençal privé (oliviers, lavandes). Le quartier résidentiel est très paisible. Vous pourrez profiter de sa terrasse plein sud mais aussi de l'ombre des arbres et de la fraîcheur du jardin du rez de chaussée. Vous serez à 5 mn à pieds de la gare et du centre ville, des Allées Provençales avec ses cafés et ses restaurants, ses magasins de nougats (nos friandises locales).

La maison est implantée sur un terrain clos avec portail automatisé, piscine privée et chauffée. BBQ, table de ping pong, jeux d'extérieur, randonnées et balades à vélo à proximité pour les plus sportifs, le salon de jardin et les transats sont réservés aux plus courageux. Sites touristiques majeurs à proximité.

Grignan Centre house Véga

In the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Grignan. At the foot of the castle, discover this warm house of the 17th century. Its interior of 60 m² really cozy in three levels, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. Downstairs, a nice dining kitchen is equipped with a toilet. On the first level, a sitting area TV and reading, on the last level a nice bedroom with bed 160 and a beautiful bathroom. A magnificent stone staircase connects the different levels.

Our charming apartment, just renovated and decorated by an architect, is equipped with new furniture and can accommodate 2 travelers, or even 4 with its convertible sofa. Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

À Pierrelatte, en plein centre-ville, cet appartement pour 2 personnes se trouve à deux pas des commerces, des restaurants et du marché du vendredi, juste de l'autre côté de la rue. La boulangerie en face facilite aussi les petits déjeuners, et le stationnement gratuit est un vrai plus pour rayonner vers la Drôme, le Vaucluse, le Gard ou l'Ardèche. Vous êtes également proche du CEA, de l'UFA et de la piscine.
