Cozy up with a book on a sofa in the bright living room amid abstract artworks, stark furnishings, and trendy decor. Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Benvenuti a Viareggio! Questo alloggio di 120 mq si trova sopra lo storico panificio Benzio & Pancaccini, a pochi passi dal mare e dalla stazione. Una terrazza panoramica con barbecue vi aspetta per cene all’aperto e momenti di puro relax. Immergetevi nell’atmosfera viareggina: al mattino, il profumo del pane fresco vi farà sentire subito a casa. La spiaggia dista solo 350 m, la stazione 550, e in pochi minuti a piedi troverete il mercato pedonale e la pineta per una passeggiata rigenerante.

Grande villa indipendente con ampio giardino in quartiere residenziale, distante 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città d'arte di Pietrasanta e 15 minuti in bicicletta dal mare e da Forte dei Marmi (4 biciclette disponibili nell'alloggio). Nella casa sono presenti: salotto, cucina, sala da pranzo, quattro camere (due matrimoniali con aria condizionata, una con due letti singoli con aria condizionata e una con letto singolo), oltre a due bagni. Sono disponibili inoltre Wi-Fi e posti auto.

La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.
